Exploring winter should be a positive learning experience for both adults and children to gain new skills, build strong, healthy bodies and minds, and develop a better understanding and appreciation for the great outdoors. Winter, just like the other times of the year offers beautiful landscapes, changing elements and plants and magical moments. So, put on gloves and boots and join us in experiencing the many benefits of outdoor play, even in the winter!


I always ask myself why in a country like Spain, with mostly sunny and pleasant weather all-year round, we spend less time outside than below-zero regions, such as northern European countries?


I have to confess that I’m often too cold and lazy too, and not naturally used to cold weather, but in this video and guide you will find some tips which will motivate you to get some winter experiences!
